We don’t want anyone to miss out on our annual Spring FUNdraiser so we have created a hybrid evening for everyone to enjoy. If you want a chance to safely mingle with other Xavier families and staff outside in a beautiful setting with an Austin vibe, this is your chance. Would you feel safer staying home and enjoying it virtually? You can do that as well.
If you choose to attend virtually, swing by the Armadillo Palace to pick up a delicious meal and then live stream from the comfort of your home. For those who attend in person, mingle, but not too closely, with other Xavier families and the staff beginning at 6:30 pm with cocktails and hors d’ oevours. Enjoy the voices of our talented students during your delicious dinner that starts at 7:15. Of course there is award-winning Goode Company pecan pie tarts for dessert. There is plenty of room to spread out as the outdoor venue holds up to 800 people and we only have 150 in person tickets available to Xavier families and friends. Throughout the evening, anyone can bid on our silent auction items. We already have some amazing ones. We will also host a lively game of Heads or Tails. The last one standing wins a huge basket full of fun. After dinner you can dance under the stars to our live band or just listen if that’s more your style. Attire: Rodeo chic. What does that mean? Want to dress up? It is a gala, after all. It also means have fun if you want. Maybe a dress and boots. Jeans are always rodeo attire. As with most things Xavier, we accept you as you are so come dressed in whatever makes you comfortable. And feel free to bring your friends. All are invited. As you can imagine, support is needed now more than ever. We hope you will choose to join us, in person or virtually. Even if you cannot attend, please make sure to bid on our auction items, spread the word about the auction to your friends and family and make a donation if you can. |

You do not need to attend to participate in the silent auction! Anyone can bid!

We are currently looking for donations to the silent auction. Have a vacation home that we could auction for a week or weekend? Extra airline miles or time share points? Do you make anything as a hobby? Have a spare bottle of wine or whiskey? How about hosting a party, either for parents or the students? Or ask your favorite shop. It is a great way for them to clear out merchandise and get a full value tax receipt.
